What is the difference between conductive and non-conductive PSA?

Conductive PSA allows electrical current to pass through the adhesive layer — used when the bond must also serve as a grounding or EMI shielding path, such as on conductive gaskets. Non-conductive PSA is used for standard mechanical bonding where no electrical path through the adhesive is required.
Can you supply PSA pre-cut to specific shapes?

Yes. We supply PSA in roll form slit to custom widths, or die-cut to specific shapes — rectangles, frames, I/O port profiles, dots, or complex geometries. Share your drawing or DXF file and we'll confirm tooling and lead time.
How do I choose between a permanent and removable PSA?

Permanent PSA forms a bond that increases in strength over time and is not intended to be removed cleanly. Removable PSA is formulated for lower peel force, allowing clean removal without substrate damage. The right choice depends on your end-use and whether the bond is meant to be a final assembly step.
What substrates can PSA bond to?

Our PSA is formulated for metals, plastics (including low-surface-energy plastics with appropriate primer), glass, textiles, paper, and composites. For unusual or challenging substrates, we recommend sending samples for adhesion testing before full-scale production.
Is your PSA available with a halogen-free or ROHS-compliant formulation?

Yes. ROHS-compliant and halogen-free PSA formulations are available on request — particularly relevant for electronics and medical device applications where material declarations are required.
